Youth Development & Qualification

In Saudi and other GCC countries, we have noticed that graduates from high schools, technical colleges or universities lack different awareness or certain knowledge and skills to help them attracted by different employers. We are in MICS are trying to bridge this gap and help youth job seekers in different ways such as training them on how to develop and update their CVs, putting their CVs in our recruitment database, training them on how to pass interviews, subject them to different psychometric tests, provide them with certain training to increase the opportunity to get hired and we coordinate with different employer for job opportunity to increase the nationalization and reduce the unemployment.
