Your Partner to Grow, Deliver & Sustain high quality products and services
To have a very successful organization, certain components need to be put together like a gear to deliver the expected products or services mainly business Strategy, Operating Model, leadership, workforce Growth & development, support services, systems and technologies, and continuous improvement. Most of the organizations are doing well in both business Strategy, Operating Model but they need some support in the later areas mentioned above. So we have created our organization Middle East Industrial Consulting & Services (MICS) to support our customers in these areas.

Leadership:
Leadership is an impartment success factor in any organization. If the company wants to do well, it must have effective leadership to instill the motivation culture, set direction and allow the company to reach its full potential. Part of our services in MICS is providing our local Youth with training, development, certification and hiring opportunities and also partner with our customers in providing leadership development and assessment training and certification.
Workforce Growth & Development:
Successful companies always provide their employees with opportunities for growth, both in terms of training and in terms of their ability to grow as individuals or as teams. The company and its leaders will help their employees to acquire new skills and as a result new possibilities. The leader must target not only obtaining the best possible performance from his employees but also the best possible performance from them while he is helping them to grow. The leaders’ ownership of the employees’ growth and development will result in having very loyal employees. Having the right mix of excellent leadership, Workforce Growth & Development culture and loyalty will create best in a class organization with high productivity and best in quality of products and services. MICS is offering its customers with different industrial proven solutions such as industrial training, job certification/recertification, qualified manpower supply services (trainers, evaluators, assessors, teachers, operators, technicians, safety advisors, training coordinator, etc), training needs analysis, curriculum development, e-learning and videos development, quality assurance/auditing,
We are committed to supplying to you only and only qualified manpower as expat or local. We have our process and criteria to ensure the quality of hiring expats and we have our framework developed based on our experience in the industry and international framework and accreditations and our database that identify local job seekers (high potentials) and train, develop and certify them to be ready to support our clients. At the same time and as we know that the manpower of each organization changes due to retirement or resignation, or expansion of the organization such as new projects, our Knowledge transfer, and knowledge management solutions are available for our customers. Training, development, and certification in any organization are not just important it is vital. We don’t provide normal training services but we are accredited by an international body or we provide our services to you through one or more of our business partners which are internationally accredited. So our aim is not only providing products and services but quality ones.
Support Services:
Support services are another part that supports companies to deliver their products and services. MICS is proud to provide its customers with high quality industrial consulting and services such as contractors’ workforce Training and qualification, IT, new technologies and support systems, Facilities Management and Benchmarking Services.
Also, we are in MICS are not after money directly, we seek our customer's satisfaction through the products and services that we normally provide. We would like to have a partnership with our customers in resolving their business challenges in the areas of Leadership, Workforce Growth & Development, and Support Services.
Finally, we are targeting providing only and only quality services because we know that our customers need to have a positive impact on their business when they are using our products and services.
